In The Anxiety Healing Project, you will learn how to reduce chronic anxiety in 9 weeks without drugs or years of talk therapy.
In this program, I “teach you how to fish” so you are empowered with the knowledge and resources that I used to take charge of my anxiety once and for all.
We will spend nine weeks together, with a group of like-minded women on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
The first part of the program is designed to help you get clear about your goals so you can stay committed and accountable.
Then, you will learn about your energy body as it pertains to anxiety and every area of your life, so you can understand your anxiety triggers and bring yourself back into balance.
Together, we take a deep dive into energy healing practices so you can become an active participant in your healing process.

The Program Features:
9 x Weekly Group Coaching Calls (60 mins via Zoom) to help you stay accountable, feel encouraged and supported, and get your questions answered, live.
Access to a private, online learning portal, a “one stop shop” where you can access the course resources and materials in your own times and learn in a distraction free online environment, all from the comfort of your own home.
Private Facebook Group so you can be inspired and lean into a like-minded community who sees and understands you in a safe, private space online.
Nine weekly modules, delivered to the online learning portal. The modules are short and simple so you can learn in bite-sized increments, instantly apply what you’ve learned, and begin to feel the benefits.
Each weekly module includes:

So you can learn about your energy centers (the chakras) as they pertain to anxiety, and identify your anxiety triggers.
Yoga for Anxiety
Pre-recorded classes especially curated to help you reduce feelings of anxiety. (Class is to be practiced by participants between 1-3 times per week).
So you can reconnect with your innate wisdom, intuition, and feel aligned with the most authentic parts of yourself.

A simple, practical “back pocket tool” to focus and anchor you so you can respond with steady confidence and counter anxiety when it starts to arise.
