My intention is to keep each module simple and short so that you can learn in bite-sized increments, instantly implement what you’ve learned, and quickly feel the benefits. Action is healing so less theory, more practice and support! Here’s what’s included:
Weekly Group Coaching Calls (60 mins) to help you stay accountable, feel encouraged and supported, and get your questions answered, LIVE.
Exclusive access to my private, online learning portal, a “one stop shop” where you can access the course resources and materials in your own time, and learn in a distraction free online environment, all from the comfort of your own home.
Eight weekly modules, delivered to the online learning portal.
Each weekly module will include:
Training Video (5 -10 mins.) so you can learn about your energy centers (the chakras) and identify your anxiety triggers.
Downloadable Soul-worksheets so you can reconnect with your innate wisdom, intuition, and feel aligned with the most authentic parts of yourself.
Yoga for Anxiety, 30-45 min. pre-recorded class especially curated to help you reduce feelings of anxiety. (Class is to be practiced by participants at least 4 times per week).
Energy Medicine (5 min. video or audio recording), a simple, practical “back pocket tool” to focus and anchor you so you can respond with steady confidence and counter anxiety when it starts to arise.
Private Facebook Group so you can be inspired and lean into a like-minded community who sees and understands you in a safe, private space online.
Participants will have to commit to approximately 4-5 hours of learning, practice, and participation each week. That’s roughly 45 minutes (or 3%) of your whole day.
