CHAKRA YOGA & GUIDED MEDITATION
ONE FULL DAY
exploring and awakening each chakra (energy center).
LIVE KIRTAN! - A live music, call-and-response meditative experience.
GODDESS CIRCLES - We gather in a sacred circle, as many generations, cultures and traditions of women before us, to share, ask questions, garner our collective wisdom and offer it to the theme of the circle.
BALINESE OFFERING MAKING CLASS - Balinese offerings represent a lovely window into the Balinese culture. Learn the meaning behind the ritual and how to make your own!
SEBATU HOLY WATER TEMPLE - A truly magical day out to this local temple where we set intentions and cleanse our body and spirit in sacred waters.
HIKING IN THE RICE FIELDS - Witness the glorious sunrise and experience the lovely views of lush green rice fields just outside the gates of Naya Ubud retreat center.
BIAS TUGEL BEACH - Goddess day out at this cozy ‘secret beach’ location to relax, restore, and play together.
SACRED CEREMONIES & WORKSHOPS - created to inspire and awaken your inner Goddess.
We spend one full day on each chakra, enabling a deep exploration of the energy center as it relates to you and your life.
Each morning starts with a chakra yoga class & guided meditation to awaken your energy and introduce the chakra of the day.
After breakfast, we gather for a Goddess Circle, where you can share or ask questions, followed by an excursion, workshop or free time. We end most days with yoga and a group experience or ceremony to integrate the learning.
The structure of each day is similar, but the content and tone differ greatly from chakra to chakra. Each day builds on the previous, so that a slow, systematic awakening takes place.

February is my favorite time to visit Bali. Just as the frigid cold winter sinks its teeth into North America, the average temperature in Bali is approximately 80-85°F. Whilst February is technically considered ‘rainy season’, in my experience over the years, this generally means a brief, tropical afternoon shower that cools down the island for a bit before the sun reemerges for a spectacular sunset...and less tourists! ;)
