SAMPLE ITINERARY

We spend one full day on each chakra, enabling a deep exploration of the energy center as it relates to you and your life.

Each morning starts with a chakra yoga class & guided meditation to awaken your energy and introduce the chakra of the day.

After breakfast, we gather for a Goddess Circle, where you can share or ask questions, followed by an excursion, workshop or free time.  We end most days with yoga and a group experience or ceremony to integrate the learning.

The structure of each day is similar, but the content and tone differ greatly from chakra to chakra.  Each day builds on the previous, so that a slow, systematic awakening takes place.

FAQS

WEATHER

February is my favorite time to visit Bali.  Just as the frigid cold winter sinks its teeth into North America, the average temperature in Bali is approximately 80-85°F.  Whilst February is technically considered ‘rainy season’, in my experience over the years, this generally means a brief, tropical afternoon shower that cools down the island for a bit before the sun reemerges for a spectacular sunset...and less tourists! ;)
